DAHLIN partnered with South Bay Union School District to develop a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan that guides future improvements across 16 campuses. The process combined facility assessments, demographic analysis, stakeholder engagement, funding eligibility evaluations, and cost modeling to identify priorities and align investments with the district's educational goals.
The master plan evaluates existing conditions, forecasts future needs, and establishes a clear path for modernization. The plan helps the district make informed investments while preparing for future funding opportunities and long-term growth by connecting facility improvements with student achievement, campus safety, and operational efficiency.
